Role Responsibilities
- Conduct rigorous analysis of large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights across products, platforms, partners, and user interactions.
- Design, implement, and maintain critical metrics to measure ecosystem health, growth, and engagement.
- Develop and execute structured experiments to evaluate new product features, ecosystem strategies, and partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product and Engineering to define analytical requirements and inform strategic decision-making.
- Build sophisticated dashboards and detailed reports to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Perform ad hoc analyses to support urgent business and strategic inquiries with high-quality, timely insights.
- Apply advanced statistical modeling and analytical techniques to solve complex business problems.
- Support strategic initiatives by translating data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a closely related quantitative field.
- Strong professional experience in data science, analytics, or a comparable role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or R.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools including Tableau, Unidash, or Metrics360.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex findings to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets in technology or platform ecosystems preferred.
- Familiarity with internal data tools such as Presto, Scuba, or Hive preferred.
- Experience with experimentation design and causal inference methodologies preferred.
